The Delphinus 0C sleeping bag is great for summer backpacking trips. The down insulation is lighter and more compact than synthetic, so it won't take up too much room in your pack. However, down insulation doesn't stand up well to moisture, so it's not an ideal choice for paddling or wet-weather trips. Women's design is shorter, wider in the hip, narrower in the shoulder and has more insulation in the chest and feet (areas where women feel the cold.)
