The Cassiopeia 0C sleeping bag is great for summer backpacking and camping trips. The quick-drying synthetic insulation makes it good for paddling or wet-weather hiking trips. It's not as lightweight or compact as a down sleeping bag so, takes up more room in your pack. Women's design is shorter, wider in the hip, narrower at shoulder and has added insulation in the chest and feet (areas where women feel the cold).
