A mini-transmitter that lets you use compatible PIEPS avalanche beacons to locate rescue dogs, family pets, packs or equipment. It broadcasts off the standard frequency so it won’t interfere with searches for people. Please note, this unit is not to be worn by humans. The signal is not received by all avalanche beacons and it has no reception or search capabilities.
