For building and maintaining mountain bike trails, the design was conceived with input and feedback from trail builders on Vancouver's North Shore. The pack has a suspension system borrowed from MEC climbing packs that can handle the weight of tools and a saw. Its builder-specific features include dedicated chainsaw carry straps, loops and straps for long-handled tools and loppers, a first aid kit compartment, an accessory roll for smaller tools, plus a hydration sleeve, a rain cover and plenty of space for the day's gear and supplies.
