These tip loops can be retro-fitted to older systems, but will require trimming and placement of three screws into the old skin.
- Three small screws mount a small plastic plate to the tip of the skin. Screws are self-tapping and will snap off flush when fully inserted
- Loop is fixed at one end and has a small ball-shaped fitting to hold the skin in position when in use. Slide-on cover holds the assembly in place
- Mounts flush, so the skins can be applied right up to the tip loop, preventing snow build-up underneath and providing mounting options for larger tipped skis
