This footprint is sized to fit the floor of your MEC Frontenac tent. It attaches to the pole ends and acts as an extra floor to protect the sewn-in floor from wear and tear. It’s a great way to prolong the life of your tent floor. It’s cut a bit smaller than the tent's floor so that rainwater doesn't catch in the footprint and pool under the tent. The perimeter is cut with a slight catenary curve to ensure a smooth and taut fit.
- Made of either a 70-denier nylon or 75-denier polyester taffeta with a polyurethane coating waterproof to at least 1800mm
- To minimize waste, MEC footprints are made of leftover tent fabric. It is undamaged, first-quality fabric
- Hardware, trim, and webbing are similar to those found on the main tent body
- This footprint can also be setup with the tent fly to create an ultra-lightweight shelter
