There’s a bit too much hammer here for going light on alpine terrain, but it is the tool for long nail-ups on aid climbs. This hammer focuses a lot of weight up high in the head to offer good striking power. The steel head is durable and offers a large striking area. Use the tapered back end for delicate head-mashing.
